Personally appeared Coalman D Bennett Sheriff of the County aforesaid before this xxxembr a Justice os the peace in and for the said County and made oath that, the certain name Wm M Echols was personallt known to him as having been born and raised in his immediate neighborhood that, the said Wm M Echols was a minor at the time of his death, that his father and mother died before his the said Wm M Echols death, that he left neither wife nor child, never beeing married, he has two brothers and two sisters now living, who reside in the county.
Given under my hand this 28th day of April 1864
