To my son Joel Echols, 2 negroes, a gray mare, one cow & calf. one bed & furniture.
To my dau Sally, 2 negroes, my bay mare, Cow & calf, bed & furn.
To my son Richard, 2 negroes, a filly, cow & calf, bed & furn.
To my loving wife Elizabeth, the use & benefit of my dwelling plantation & 6 negroes for her support & for raising & educating my children.
Rest of estate to be sold for debts, funeral expenses & for finishing my new house.
