• Notes

  Nancy Easley married Stephen Giles in 1801 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia. After Stephen died in Virginia, Nancy and her son, Richard, moved to New Market, Madison County, Alabama. Nancy died in New Market in 1856. She was buried in Jiles Cemetery in New Market. There are said to be many unmarked graves in the cemetery.
