      Cemetery located Rt 834, off Rt 718, 1.4 miles on right in pasture William W. Pigg, born May 17 1863, died May 20 1926 Mary F. Pigg born Oct 11 1863, died March 10 1935 Martha Rutledge Pigg born April 1829, died Feb 1885 Heze Pigg, born Dec 1823, died Sept 1908 L.H. Pigg, son of Heze and Martha, born Aug 1850, died Jun 1894 Doria Lowry, born Dec 1 1911, (possibly 1917?) died June 14, can't read year {Another source says Dec. 1914- June 1916] Our Teacher J.P. Godfrey, U.S. Navy, died at Piggs, 1869 [Note: Joseph P. Godfrey taught in private schools, including "The Academy" at Whitmell. He taught the Pigg children perhaps in the Pigg School.
