Notes:
Stødle Kirke (Stødle kirkje) was built about 1160 in the Etne municipality in Hordaland county. The original structure is of stone, the wooden structure was added in the 1600s, as were the bells. The church is Erling Skakkes former chapel while he resided at Stødle 1115-79. He was the father of Magnus, the King of Norway 1161-1184.
